J. River Media Software for Sony PSP
J. River MEDIA CENTER software, a multimedia application for organizing and playing digital music, photo and video files, now provides support for the new Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP), which was released today in the US. Sony’s device, which does not initially ship with software, is a next generation handheld entertainment system that lets users play games, watch movies and listen to music. A special beta release of MEDIA CENTER 11.0 is available today that allows users to transfer their photo, music and video collections from their PC’s to the device for playback.
MEDIA CENTER already supports many devices from companies such as Creative, Rio® and Apple®. Features such as on-the-fly file conversion and encoding as well as industry-leading file organization capability have made the software a proven choice for digital media enthusiasts.
