Free TiVo DVR for Comcast Subscribers
If you are one of the unlucky Bay Area Comcast Customers that have to wait for DVR service, TiVo, Inc has some good news for you.
This Friday, December 17, from 11 AM to 1 PM you can get a TiVo Series2 DVR Box for Free. You still have to pay for the service.
The give away will be at TiVo's headquarters in Alviso. Just make sure you arrive early, I'm sure there's going to be a huge line. You'll need a current(within the last 60 days) original Comcast cable bill with a matching photo id, and a new toy or piece of clothing to donate to The Family Giving Tree charity.
